FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

Has a copy machine to print my paid receipt that is extra longer than 11x17 flatbed printers. 18x 24. It wouldn't print both sides 2side-2side but got both. He had to change the printer ink. Nathan was employee very helpful. Handicapped walkway.

I've used this location for my digital art reprints, and the service is great. I can email the project print to them, and they do respond in a timely manner. The staff are extremely helpful and offer great advice if you need to resize digital print work and will give you price quotes as well. So far, I enjoy the level of customer service offered. The store is small, but it is very clean and well organized, and it's not a problem getting in and out; not even during the lunch rush. The wait gives me a chance to browse other items in the store.

Joshua was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!! I wasn't sure about scanning who didn't know it was as simple as it was "ME" lol but thanks to Joshua he didn't make me feel like "duhhh" because I didnt know how I came back later for another task and he offered to help again and again I was overthinking THANKS JOSHUA for a great experience everyone isn't computer or copy machine literate

Got my packages shipped without issue. Parking is convenient. Nicer area of downtown. Seemed to be well organized and clean.

FedEx is the worst shipping company in the US!!!!! There delivery drivers just can’t get the package to the correct address!!!!!! They drop packages off somewhere in the area and expect customers to find their package!! And on top of that, there customer service sucks, if you happen to get in touch with a real person, they will be overseas somewhere and will tell you lies, with no help!!!!!! From now I will not buy from company’s that use FedEx

I had a simple prepaid package to ship. And the associates were too busy to help me. All because I have a black panther hat on from the marvel movie. But they took it as the blank panther political party. They didn’t want to look me in the eye which is a sign of disrespect. The only person that help was the manager. But he wasn’t completely friendly but to give credit he did do a professional job. But the associates they get a F- for customer service.

Not helpful. I called before going to ask what I need to bring to print a document. They gave me the wrong information over the phone e and then when I arrived they were rude and acted like I was an idiot for not following the right process. I then needed to mail the document and I waited at the counter for 5 minutes while they talked to each other and did not acknowledge me. In general their demeanor was rude, judgmental, and I helpful.
