I had a horrible experience with this company. I met Kayla in person to express exactly what I was looking for in terms of help building my brand and I thought we were on the same page but we were not. I was consistently placed on the back burner. I worked with Kayla for 2 months and each month she took a week vacation in which no one worked on my behalf. I paid per hour and after only receiving a couple page content strategy which included hashtags and general information, and seeing that she updated 3 social media bios with simple and quick changes, she informed me that I only had about an hour and a half left for her to work on my brand. When I inquired how this was possible she sent me a report detailing her hours. I was charged for her answering my emails for an hour. We definitely did not spend an hour going back and forth and if I had been provided clarity up front with what exactly she’d was doing we would’ve spent even less time emailing. This was an overall horrible experience! I’m still waiting on her to spend that remaining time doing anything remotely useful for me after paying over $400. Her last email to me stated she’d have everything done for me and update me by 8/1. It’s now 8/4 and of course I’ve heard nothing. I’m completely moving on and I’ll chuck it up to a loss/lesson but I wanted to leave a review for others.
