Staff is lazy, refuses to offer any modern shipping accommodations. The fedex inside the Walgreens across the street offers QR code label printing and receipt confirmation, something that this location does not offer. Staff is also unhelpful and would prefer to chat with their buddies instead of helping customers. Don’t waste your time, just go across the street and send your packages with a modern operation. I sell thousands of dollars of equipment through shipping services and a printed receipt is the bare minimum expected for shipping confirmation. Telling customers to “just use your tracking number” is remarkably out of touch for a serious business.

We own a small business and needed customer contracts printed. I was very pleased to find out Post Net in Chelsea provides that service. Diane was very helpful. I picked up the contracts today along with some other forms I needed too. The pricing was so much cheaper then Staples. I am a very HAPPY customer. Highly recommend this business!!
