I couldn’t be more pleased with the campaign sign I received from Tristate Graphics! From start to finish, Sherri and Taylor were incredibly helpful and attentive. They truly went above and beyond to make sure every detail was just right — from layout and colors to making sure the sign aligned with local campaign guidelines. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and eye for design made the process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend working with them if you want quality work and top-notch customer service!

Absolutely POOR customer service. I called them last Friday the 18th to get a banner done and stated I needed it done by Thursday the 24th for my company as I was invited to be a vendor at this car show. I was told absolutely we can do that. I sent artwork. No problem. My next correspondence wasn’t until Tuesday stating that they could not start the project because they needed payment up front only because I was a “new customer” which was not stated from the start. So I clear my day on Wednesday and reorganize my own appointments (as Im in business and work for myself) just to come and pay for the the banner. To THEN be told we won’t have it done in time.. absolutely poor communication and now I’m 2 days away from the show and no banner. WILL NOT recommend or use again.

We had a great experience working with TriState to get marketing products for our office. So easy to work with, and always very helpful + kind - would highly recommend!

My vehicle logo came out great, Tri-state was even able to coordinate with myself and my mechanic to complete the job while I was out of state for the holidays. Edit: after bringing in our 3rd vehicle for a company logo, we were quoted over 3 times the price it costed us for the exact same logo just a year earlier and was told they have raised their rates. I can no longer recommend a company that price gouges loyal repeat customers.

The calendars turn out AMAZING, we've received so many compliments on the superb quality of them. We will definitely be ordering our 2025 calendars here too!

This was my first time using Tri State Graphics....and I absolutely loved every moment of the process; from placing my order, to receiving a proof of my product prior to printing for approval, to the receipt of my order...it was smooth and painless.
