Western Hills Mall

It’s an indoor shopping mall that’s on its last legs. There are a few clothing retail stores bunched up in the middle near the food court that still looks to be thriving. There were some tables for dining in and some rides for kids. The interior does look clean albeit a little bit dated. Restrooms look to have been recently updated. Before entering, a security guy checks your stuff.

I will never be back with you all. I got my toes done on Wednesday and paid for gel polish 💅, but after taking just one shower 🚿, the polish started peeling right off! There’s no way that was real gel polish. My toes look a mess 😤. On top of that, I can’t even call to complain because you don’t have a working phone number ☎️❌. And right now, I’m all the way in Detroit, Michigan at my business event ✈️💼, so it’s not like I can stop by in person. Completely unacceptable.

Needs a lot of work. Plenty of empty spaces. Poplar with shoppers going to the nail shoppe, wig master and the furniture store.

Honestly most of this mall is not worth your time but they still have functioning pay phones so I give the place 5 stars for that reason alone!

Hardly any stores open really rough element. It has really violent history and because of all that it's almost completely closed down.

This is the worst mall ever in Birmingham! I went in there earlier and got scanned by the metal detector. The metal detector came up clean and the security continued to check my personal belongings without probable cause. After this experience me, my family, and friends will not be shopping at this location due to the discrimination that was faced.

Use to love coming to this Mall. Not as popular as in the earlier years. Needs an overhaul, doover, facelift. Renovate it. Bring back some popular store like it use to be!!!! That would turn things around asap!! Good luck!!!

What a big beautiful mall. The stores were very upscale. I wish we had a mall so big and nice like this in the Los Angeles area.
