Imperial Mailbox Systems

I looked high and low online and in my town for a high-quality mailbox to go inside our brick column mailbox that is being rebuilt and wanted the very best mailbox. While in Montgomery for a Dr. app't. we made the short trip to Millbrook, Al and had the pleasure of meeting Kimberly Bush, the President of Imperial Mailboxes. It was there I found the best mailbox ever, also ordered 2 custom address plaques. They were delivered to our home in Auburn a few days later. The mailbox and the plaques have exceeded our expectations. The quality of all is unmatched. They were hand delivered in meticulous boxed and wrapped condition and even included the screws to install. My husband and I found Kimberly Bush to be such a lovely and kind lady who went out of her way to help us. Her products are the best of the best, just like she is. She has been there for many decades and there is a reason for that. It is because of the immense quality she adheres to and her customer service. She is a gem and both my husband and I instantly knew how special she is. It was our sincere pleasure to meet Kimberly and to get one of her outstanding mailboxes and 2 plaques. Thank You!

Ordered a mailbox because HOA said mine was not up to code. I really did not realize i needed a $400 mail box but i guess I did. Imperial sent me the wrong one and I was sure even though it was similar, the HOA would not be pleased, because, you know, HOA! I sent an email to Imperial and Kimberly Bush was very understanding and helpful, and I received correct mailbox quickly. Now everyone is happy, my HOA is off my back, and i have a $400 mailbox which i really did not need, but i will admit it does look nice.

First of all the wrong last name was put on my order that was emailed to me. When I called no one answers so I left a message regarding that. No call was received back..The replacement parts were then delivered yesterday and the house number is missing a digit . Again I called and left a message and also sent an email with the information above along with a picture.. There has been no communication from your end.. So now I cannot use any of the parts with out the correct house number.. The mail cannot be delivered with out these numbers on the mail box according to the postal service. I would appreciate someone from this company to call me back ! I am not sure whose running your company but something has to be done with your employees .This is important and needs to be rectified asap.. Please send another bracket with the correct numbers (1051) so we can get past this .The box that had all of the merchadise in it had the correct addtess and correct last name, so I don't know what else to say. Kimberly and the team were incredibly professional and quick responding to my need of a new mailbox. They arrived as scheduled and made sure to keep the work area clean and tidy actually hauling away my damaged mailbox, which we greatly appreciated.

I'm extremely disappointed in this company. I placed an order for a mailbox number and they sent the wrong one. So I requested the correct number and I was told that it'd be sent via FedEx and would arrive the next day. I was also told that the wifi was down and would get an email stating the correct number was being sent via FedEx with a tracking number. I've received no email nor the correct number and now I've failed my HOA inspection.

A+++. Everything about working with this company was professional, quality, and amazing. We ordered the mailbox Tuesday evening and it was at our doorstep Friday. It was packaged with care, shipped quickly, and such quality. I’m glad we paid the extra few dollars to have the company apply the brass Numbers. The whole experience was absolutely wonderful. I am super impressed with the customer service and fast response time with my mailbox. I called and spoke with Kimberly in Millbrook, AL. She was very helpful and I was able to place my mailbox order over the phone. I was told to expect a few days before they could get to me. So I was surprised that the very next day the mailbox was installed at my home and they hauled away the old mailbox as I requested. It looks great and matches the HOA's specifications. I also received an email receipt and one in my mailbox that same day. I had an exceptional experience with Imperial Mailbox Systems.
