This plaza is located right across the street from the free parking area at Jail Tree. You will want to turn left as you head out and walk for about a minute or so; then, you will see a crosswalk to safely cross, and from there- you can turn right and there's an accessible ramp to get to the small plaza. Three's a small store, a bar, and a fancy Strada restaurant that has a torch lit around evening time (and the ambience there is quite lively and cozy then). Really small spot though- it takes less than five minutes to walk around explore the exterior of the buildings., albeit the area is very well-maintained and clean.
