Spruce Studio | Commercial Photography and Videography

We had the pleasure of hosting Spruce Studio for a photo shoot at The Westport, and we can’t say enough good things about the experience. Brett was professional, on time, and courteous throughout the entire process. You can tell right away that he truly knows his craft — every detail was handled with care and creativity. We’d gladly welcome Spruce Studio back anytime!

I had the pleasure of working with Brett here at Bun Burger, and I must say, he is a truly amazing photographer. His passion for his work is evident in every shot he takes. Brett has a keen eye for capturing the best shots. Not only is he incredibly talented, but he is also professional, friendly, and easy to work with. I highly recommend Brett for any photography needs, as he will undoubtedly exceed your expectations. I can’t wait to work with him on our next project.

Wow! We are floored by Brett's work he did for stylized shots of our ice cream! The photos are of the highest professional quality (like, they need to be in a food magazine!!!) and will serve us for many years to come with our social media & digital platforms! Right from the start, he was supportive, professional, and positive -- a pleasure to work with! During the session itself, he was methodical in his organization, helping create the shots we wanted while also being very open and honest in his feedback in order to make for the highest quality & most efficient session possible. His assistant, Elie, was super sweet and enthusiastic, cheering on the whole process. All together, the session itself was a fun, pleasant, and a collaborative experience! Overall, we were pleased from start to finish working with Spruce Studio and HIGHLY RECOMMEND other businesses & individuals to utilize his immense skillset & wonderful team.

Brett is an absolute pleasure to work with on all fronts. Whether you have a specific and detailed vision, or just a general idea with lots of flexibility, Brett has a way of leveraging his many skills to deliver, consistently bringing together all the many elements to create really high quality multimedia, and somehow makes it seem effortless with competent, calm and friendly attitude throughout the process. Having worked with him for years on a wide variety of projects, I continue to be amazed each time he exceeds my expectations, despite becoming more and more familiar with the quality of his work.

I had the absolute honor of working with the Spruce Studio team as part of the NWCA's upcoming project, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very start, Brett and Quinn created a space that felt both supportive and intentional, down to the smallest of details. Every part of the process was thoughtful and grounded in kindness and expertise. Their professionalism, warmth, and ability to hold space so generously made the whole experience feel less like being “on camera” and more like being in conversation with people who genuinely care. Spruce Studio is the real deal, not just creatively, but in the way they show up for the people they’re working with. I left feeling inspired, grateful, and incredibly lucky to have crossed paths with such a stellar team (and I hope to work with them again soon!)

Brett did such a great job communicating prior to the shoot and was very flexible with our warehouse schedule. He made everyone at the company feel at ease, and seemed to go above and beyond with extra shots to make sure we have lots of content to work with. I appreciate his professionalism and willingness to shoot for our small company. We have not seen his final work, but we are 110% confident it will be as great as the work he has in his portfolio.

Working with Brett has been such an incredible experience! He makes filming--whether it's photo or video content--so easy for our team and the content has come out BEAUTIFULLY every time. He's created a number of videos and photos for our various spaces and products and they've been incredible every time. Working with Brett has completely leveled up our marketing efforts and we're so grateful to continue to work with Spruce Studio for all our projects in the future!

I discovered Spruce Studio through social media when they were showcasing restaurant photos for local businesses. As a business owner in Chico, it's crucial for me to regularly update my product catalog with fresh photos. I was immediately drawn to Spruce Studio's use of natural light and their striking color contrasts, so I reached out to inquire about their services for a photoshoot. Brett was incredibly approachable and quickly understood my vision. The photoshoot spanned three days, with over five different locations and multiple product changes. Beforehand, Brett took the time to study my website’s previous photos to ensure the new images stayed on brand. Throughout the shoot, Brett and his team were efficient, composed, and hardworking, capturing every shot we needed. I highly recommend Spruce Studio for their professionalism, dedication, and stunning photography.
