I shop at Staples for office supplies a few times a month. I also return Amazon items there. No matter the reason, I’m always greeted with a smile and a welcome. Associates are ready to help me find what I need quickly. Check out is always speedy and efficient. Staples is my first choice for office supplies and Amazon returns. It’s a pleasant place to be.

The service here during my visit was amazing, however, they do not do a good job at picking up the phone for concerns online. I could’ve saved time if I asked via phone. The inside is very clean and the location is well lit and only a few u housed individuals were seen.

The moment I walked through the door, the cashier greeted me with a smile. I was looking for an office chair. The cashier pointed to the chairs that were on sale and also directed me to where there were more chairs. I ended up purchasing the chair the cashier originally pointed out to me. It was truly an excellent purchase. All of the staff members were pleasant and I even received help taking the chair to my car. It was a very pleasant purchasing event.

Our staples in Chico has the best associates. They are always helpful. They always answer all of my questions. I always feel like they are giving me their full attention.

I like Staples a lot actually, and I have shopped at Staples wherever I live. the only reason I did not give my local staples A five star rating Is because they were understaffed the day I went in and it took a while to receive service. I'm a patient man And so it didn't really bother me that much, and I did receive very good service after the wait.

Only 1 fax machine working and the guy working would not help me made me wait 15 minutes and the lady was still using the only fax machine. Went to Office Depot got help right away and the guy I seen at staples was now at Office Depot because he didn’t help him either

The cashier, though extremely busy, efficiently handled both my Staples purchase and other's Amazon returns, making sure I received credit to my rewards account.

Easy access for Amazon returns but then they force you to walk to the other end of the store to exit. Poorly designed layout, needs to be changed.
