Enplug Digital Signage

Very disappointing experience and extremely poor service. The staff is completely unprofessional — every time I speak to someone, I get transferred to a new person who repeats the same things without understanding the issue. There’s zero coordination between team members, and no one knows what they’re doing. I’ve wasted so much time explaining the same issue over and over with no results. It feels like their only goal is to push unnecessary Zoom training sessions instead of solving the actual problem. Honestly, the level of understanding and professionalism is shockingly low. I will not be working with them again.

I downloaded this out of curiosity but ended up having fun with it and recommending it to the wedding planners I work with. Much cooler and economical than a photo booth. Wedding guests love adding their selfies to the live Instagram collage. There’s other cool apps that let you show pretty much whatever you want on your screen. LOVES IT!

Enplug is so cool! Went to Blockheads and Hurry Curry, BOTH of which had the screen and instagramed my food (obviously a must) and by hashtagging, it showed up hahaha a nice little interactive activity as we eat :)

It's so cool being able to add my promos and photos on the TV that was previously collecting dust in the corner. Super easy to use.

Great clients support, really top of the hill product, which is easy to manage even by a newbie in marketing.
