FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

This FedEx Office has been here forever. I used to come here when I lived in Davis, and I was happy to see it’s still around. They have workstations, a few self-serve copy machines, and offer shipping and some basic office supplies. There’s always plenty of parking, both in the lot and on the street, which makes it easy to stop by. Customer service could be better overall, but the person who helped me during my recent visit was great. I was having trouble printing some documents, and he stepped in to help. He didn’t charge me for a few copies I didn’t need and gave me the self-serve price, which I really appreciated.

Every time I’ve come in, I’ve been greeted with professionalism, kindness, and a genuine willingness to help. The staff here go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly — whether I’m shipping something time-sensitive, printing documents, or just have questions about packaging, they handle it all with patience and expertise. Special shoutout to the entire crew for consistently making what could be a stressful errand feel easy and even enjoyable. Their positive attitudes, attention to detail, and fast service truly set them apart. If you’re in the Davis area and need anything FedEx-related, don’t hesitate — this is the place to go. Other locations are more helpful. Staff did that vacant, gen-z mumble thing when they didn't know something. Manager turned his back on me while asking a question. It was uncomfortable. Staff seemed inexperienced and like there was a lot of turnover. I can see why.

Customer service is not great when compared with other FedEx locations. There is not need to be rude and have attitude towards customers. If you don’t like your job quite don’t take it out on customers. 0 Zero stars if that was an option.

I went to FedEx today to mail some returns and they were great. I came in at the same time as a few other customers and waited about half a second before Belmont emerged from the back to help me. Belmont was very friendly and went above and beyond to help me keep track of my multiple returns! I've been to this location previously as well to do some last-minute printing. I made a mistake on my online print order prior to pick up, but the staff quickly realized what went wrong and helped correct it.

I had to print a program for a funeral on very short notice. Will and his team did a great job with a digital file that was a little problematic. They found the right paper and tweaked the design until they got it right. It was beautiful, and they got it done within a couple of hours. Thank you so much!

Needed to get an important package shipped -- Leah was really great! After giving her the information and contents she knew exactly what to do and had it all set in less than five minutes. She's been a team member since 1996 ~ I was really glad to get an experienced staff member for this, and she certainly did a good job!

Used to count on this place for quick and reliable service. Does not seem to be so anymore. Went in for standard overnight delivery. Service person was polite and helpful at first, but when paying for the shipment, said card was declined and asked for another. I told him that I had just used the card down the street, and there was plenty of money in it. Even after he typed in the number instead of the counter machine, it failed. I went to the bank, card was fine and charge was pending on account. Got a print out and when I got back, same kid was helping someone else. Took several minutes to get another assistant, who not only could not bring up the order, but once we reentered the information, card failure. She could not cancel the first or second order (in which a second valid card was declined) so I went back to the bank and got cash. The manager was off for the three day weekend, so was told I could come back and get a refund on Tuesday. Manager was not in. Came back Thursday, and the assistant manager said that there was nothing she could do on my side, I would need to go to the bank to cancel the order. So more than 40 minutes to ship one package, after talking to four different people. Also, now have to call both credit company and bank to reverse charges in their system that they do not know how to delete. Not counting on using this center any time soon.
