C4C is legit!! They gave me a good price on my van, staff was helpful, and the process was super easy. Too good, to be true I thought. I was skeptical and kept waiting for the shoe to drop, but it never did and the check cleared! Seriously, I still can’t believe it, but it’s true!

Joshua was great. He got me my quote quickly and was very nice! The whole process overall was easy and everyone I encountered was helpful and kind. This was the highest amount anyone would give me for my vehicle as well so bonus there!

Terrible phone/people skills. Train your employees on how to deal with customers since that’s 50% of the job. Called to ask about something simple, he answers with nothing but smart remarks and then says “Yeah your car’s worthless go ask around” as if I wasn’t calling a JUNK car business. Maybe I was interrupting his nap? Who knows. But I recommend going with another junk car removal place- like I Pull U Pull or Pick A Part. They give you a quote immediately and offer free towing to pick it up, with good customer service.

It was pretty fast and painless. I don’t think they pay attention to the online form. It just generates a quote that you may accept.

My initial contact was pleasant and professional. Though after they picked up my vehicle, they gave me a check that had not been cleared to cash even though it was dated for the same day. When I called the first time to request they release funds I was hung up on and when I called back they said the department in charge would release my check within 2 hours. It hasn’t been too hours yet but I will report back if it clears

Friendly, professional and efficient. The driver called prior to picking up the vehicle and arrived as scheduled. All the paperwork was organized and easily completed in no time.
