Fast, efficient, friendly, and effective. Everything you want in a printer service. They charge fairly and do the work as asked. Took my card over the phone and had the prints ready for pick up in less than ten minutes. We printed several sets of 24"x36" architectural plan sheets. Incredible customer service. Having a free dedicated parking lot helps, too. They're our go-to printers now!

RIOT has installed art in our office a few times and is a trusted partner. They have great communication practices, are organized and efficient. And. Depending on what you need they are also patient and will help educate you so you make the best decisions. The quality of the work and install is also top notch. The pricing is also excellent. I have and will continue to recommend them.

These guys know what they’re doing and have been so helpful throughout architecture courses at UCLA. Lovely staff, great customer service. Highly recommend over Staples, Office Max, etc.

I have been going to ARC for 2 years now. I am an architecture student and the staff is always willing to help me with my printing needs. Oacar and Armida are AMAZING!!! They are both so helpful and go above and beyond and provide the best customer service. I am so grateful for the wonderful team at ARC Document Solitions.

We use them at our Architecture firm and the link to download scans expires in 10 business days, that creates issues with busy weeks and hectic schedules, not sure how it is acceptable to not hold for at least 30 days, specially if there are any issues with the initial download
