Terrible terrible terrible. Company advert for 2-3 day turn around and it took 2 weeks to print. 2 weeks. Finally get it and the sizing was INCORRECT. The dispute process is hell because the people who are answering the calls are from overseas so you have to hope they relay the message correctly to the actual print shop. They tired to make it right by offering a comp. reprint. Fair. First a sample was ordered to confirm correct sizing, it worked out. Told them to proceeded with the bulk order. I got a email saying the order was completed. Went to pick it up and it was ANOTHER sample order. Huh? WHERES the disconnect. Not only have I spent 100 on a driver to get there I have to do it again to pick up the bulk order, and your costing my business time and money. I called to talk to the manager and his response is “what do you want us to do about it.” Pathetic. I’ll never do business with them again. As a first and last time customer.

This isn't the person on the phone's fault but they didn't even bother to call me to let me know that they had issues with printing a client's business card. I had to call them to ask for updates, no solutions other than refund and I wish that they had said something sooner instead of going radio silent. I had to scramble to find another printing place to get the cards done. I put this order in two days in advance and confirmed with them that they were able to get it done before the Saturday. Overall, I won't be coming back to this place and it's unfortunate and put major stress on my end. If you're needing something as soon as possible, don't rely on this business.

I was setting a display for a museum gift show and needed a tent that made my product look like a piece of art on display at a museum. They absolutely crushed it. These tents could be used in museums. Really sold the concept. The communication was great.

These guys (esp. Otman) did a great job printing a piece of religious artwork on aluminum. We built a little wooden enclosure for it and installed it outside on a wall in Chicago. After three years it is in perfect condition! The picture below is after 3 years.

Our church has been faithfully using Gold Image since the pandemic (postcards, 2x3 a-frame signs, posters, pull out banners etc.). They honestly have THE best pricing and turnaround anywhere on the Westside. They even offer same day services. The quality control and end product always delivers fantastic results. I recommend them to all of my friends! THEY ARE CLUTCH!

This place has so much potential and I keep going back to them because I keep thinking they'll fix the bugs in their system, but their same day service is painful and rarely on time. When you reach out to them about concerns around time sensitive orders, the customer service is rude, disappears for long periods of time and then refunds you the rush fee without acknowledging the issue for the customer for not receiving the work on time as paid for. Then ends customer service chat abruptly, the equivalent of hanging up the phone. I really want to love this place, but I think I'm taking my business elsewhere after too many disappointing experiences with their painfully rude customer service.

Never worked with them because they never sent me a quote after a week of talking to three different team members. Never tried harder to give someone money. 4 emails, 3 phone calls and their online chat system. No quote a week later and now it’s too late for the project. Why string me along if you don’t want my business?
